Project Discovery Workshops help organisations distil comprehensive requirements into a prioritised, itemised, and costed format.
- Identify overall objectives and system requirements
- Prepare a requirements backlog – an itemised and prioritised list of functional requirements, written in User Story form
- Propose an overall Solutions Architecture, including potentialsoftware subscription/licensing requirements and costs;
- Define rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, costs and a high-level plan for future project phases. Depending upon key milestones and budgetary considerations, theplan may include the definition of a proof-of-concept (POC) or a minimum viable product (MVP).
