Discovery

Within the discovery phase our experienced team engage with customers to fully understand their business issues and gather high-level functional and non-functional requirements. This allows us to start to scope out technical solutions, providing estimates and outlining future project phases as necessary. Visit our Discovery page to find out more.

Iterative Development

Depending on the results of the discovery phase we define custom software development sprints that will deliver the functionality defined in our product backlog. Within each sprint we perform full development lifecycle including backlog refinement, iterative development, and testing.

User Acceptance Testing

We can support you whether performing user acceptance testing within each sprint, or separately as a dedicated UAT phase at the end of the development cycle. We can also provide a service to perform your UAT for you in the event that you don’t have the time or resources to do it yourself.

Deployment / Implementation

We can also be involved in the deployment to production and the hand-over to your technical support teams, either in-sprint or at the end of the development cycle. We provide the appropriate project closure and handover documentation required at the end of the project.

Support and Maintenance
