Working either during the Discovery phase, or at a later stage of the project lifecycle, our Business Analysts are well-versed in understanding complex, and often nebulous, requirements and turning them into tangible user stories which can be estimated and implemented by development teams.
UI/UX Design
Our consultants use storyboarding techniques, prototyping tools such as Axure, and full-page HTML5 mock-ups to understand and interpret the required user journey, and design the optimum responsive user experience for any device.
Health Checks
Our certified consultants review existing Red Hat implementations (such as JBoss EAP, Fuse, AMQ, and OpenShift) to ensure that best practices are applied to meet all deployment considerations, including security-hardening and high-availability.
Skills Transfer Workshops
To complement formal Red Hat training, we provide a range of skills transfer workshops to assist organisations develop a strong internal skills base in their chosen technology. Typical workshops include JBoss EAP Administration, OpenShift Operations Administration, and OpenShift DevOps.
Consultative Support Services
Tier 2 provides a flexible, call-off support agreement – with defined response times – for organisations who require occasional expert assistance on an ongoing basis, rather than a defined block of consulting time. This ‘service credits’ approach to consultancy typically complements software support from Red Hat (via their subscription model).
