Tier 2: Officially a Great Place to Work!
Tier 2 Consulting is officially a Great Place to Work! We’re delighted to announce that we have been recognised with a Great Place to Work UK (GPTW) certification, after we conducted a staff survey with our teams.
After performing an audit of our company’s culture, programmes and practices, Tier 2 achieved Great Place to Work-Certification, after passing the GPTW Trust Index© with flying colours (results of 65% or higher).
“This gives us a great starting point to continue to evolve as a business. We will be reviewing the results in detail with consultants from GPTW in the coming weeks to keep improving and developing. We never stop, and have ambitious growth plans for the new year!”
Andy Kennedy
Managing Director, Tier 2 Consulting

This achievement is an indication that our teams enjoy going to work; have pride in what they do and who they work for; feel trusted and valued, and are encouraged to develop personally and professionally.
Not only does this mean that our employees enjoy working for us – data from Great Place to Work shows that Best Workplaces™ outperform the market by an average of 2%-3% a year –
So the service we provide to our customers is better, too!
