Great Place to Work® Certification Announcement

Tier 2 Consulting is delighted to announce that we have been Great Place to Work-Certified (from Jan 23 to Jan 24) for the second year in a row, following a staff survey with our teams.

Great Place to Work ® is the global authority on workplace culture. After performing an audit of Tier 2’s company’s culture, programmes and practices, Tier 2 passed the GPTW Trust Index© for the second year running – exceeding our previous results!

An organisation is Certified™ when their overall employee survey results are 65% or higher. Not only did Tier 2 surpass this – but our results were an outstanding score of 95%!
