New Business Development Manager
The New Business Development Manager will add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities. You will additionally provide guidance within the business development team to grow our services and software resales revenues. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the Managing Director/Senior Management. Reporting to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities:
- New logo hunting – 40% -50% of quota will consist of net new business;
- Uncover new buyers within existing accounts and secure new signings;
- Partner with, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams through the entire sales cycle;
- Help develop, support, and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth;
- Work closely with Marketing to define and execute lead generation campaigns;
- Structure and deliver presentations of our services and offerings to potential new customers;
- Acquire new customers via strategic pipeline, delivering against agreed growth targets;
- Find and nurture new business relationships and to support the attainment of internal growth targets;
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities;
- Monitor performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
